SEA DOG MUG CLUB RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Sea Dog Mug Club Memberships
are good for 1 (one) year and entitles member to all Club privilege
as set forth.
Each Member receives personalized Membership Card.
Each Member is designated their own Numbered Mug, to be
used only on premise, by that member only.
24 oz Drafts will be available all operating hours at
the rate of $3.50 per draft.
An Open Invitation to All Sea Dog Events.
A Free T-shirt with new and renewal memberships.
A Complimentary Lunch on your Birthday.
Special "Club Only" Appetizer Menu Items at
times designated by Management of Sea Dog.
2. Memberships are good for
only at the Sea Dog location where purchased.
3. Available Mug numbers are
on a "first come, first serve" basis. The Sea Dog
reserves the right to assign Mug numbers and limit number of members
as seen fit.
4. New Memberships are available
for $50.00 and payable in advance. Renewals are available for $40.00
and MUST be paid within 10 (ten) days of expiration to retain continued
status. Reminder cards will be placed in individual mugs indicating
upcoming expiration date. Any renewals not paid within 10 (ten) days
of expiration will be returned to new member status.
5.
Members MUST be at least 21 years old (Legal drinking age) and must
be able to prove it.
6. ALL Mugs REMAIN property
of the Sea Dog and WILL remain on premise at ALL times for
that particular members use only. Memberships are nontransferable.
7. The Sea Dog reserves
the right to refuse any membership and change or appropriately adjust
Club rules and regulations at any time deemed fit.
