Gift/Loyalty/Mug Club Card Rules
Rules
for the Gift/Loyalty/Mug Club Card rules as of January 1, 2006.
1. The offer is good at Federal Jack's Restaurant and Brew Pub, Sea
Dog Topsham, Sea Dog Bangor, Sea Dog South Portland and the Shipyard
Brew Haus White Cap Lodge. The Shipyard Brew Haus in Eliot and Sugarloaf
does not accept these cards
2. The card is not redeemable for cash. It is redeemable only for
Food and Beverage.
3. The card will not be replaced if lost or stolen or used without
your permission.
4. If the card is registered and we are given notice, we will stop
any future activity and replace the card at the time we are notified.
Please be sure to complete the registration of the card so that a
new one can be mailed to you.
5. Purchases are required to earn points.
6. Card must be presented at the time of purchase to earn points.
7. No points will be issued retroactively.
8. You will earn one point for every dollar spent. Every time you
use your card, your receipt will show the points credited to your
account.
9. Points may be earned only by the cardholder who pays the check.
10. Points will not be issued on the sale of Gift Cards. They will
be issued on the redemption of Gift Cards.
11. When you obtain enough points to earn a reward, the reward will
automatically be printed on your receipt. You do not need to present
a receipt to receive a reward. Rewards are stored by the computer
system and are automatically updated.
12. Rewards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must
be redeemed for selected items.
13. Redeemed rewards will be the lowest value item within the check
for that category.
14. A maximum of 4 rewards may be redeemed during one visit.
15. Awarded items will reduce the points by the awarded amount intill
the point total reaches zero.
16. Points cannot go negative
17. Points cannot be transferred between cards.
18. Points will not be issued on tax paid.
19. If the program is experiencing technical difficulties, points
will continue to accrue, and will be applied to accounts once the
program is running properly again.
20. Rewards will expire 24 months after issuance.
21. Federal Jack's, Sea Dog Topsham, Sea Dog Bangor, Sea Dog South
Portland and Shipyard Brew Haus White Cap Lodge can, at their discretion,
modify the program rewards or substitute rewards of comparable value
without notice.
22. Federal Jack's, Sea Dog Topsham, Sea Dog Bangor, Sea Dog South
Portland and Shipyard Brew Haus White Cap Lodge reserve the right
to discontinue this program at any time. In the event that this program
is discontinued, members will be allowed to redeem rewards that they
have already been issued, within the stated expiration date.
23. Federal Jack's, Sea Dog Topsham, Sea Dog Bangor, Sea Dog South
Portland and Shipyard Brew Haus White Cap Lodge reserves the right
to discontinue membership privileges and void a member's point balance
and rewards if any unauthorized points are earned or redeemed, or
if there is any unauthorized use of the program.
24. Federal Jack's, Sea Dog Topsham, Sea Dog Bangor, Sea Dog South
Portland and Shipyard Brew Haus White Cap Lodge loyalty points will
expire 24 months after the first day of non-use of the card. Federal
Jack's, Sea Dog Topsham, Sea Dog Bangor and Shipyard Brew Haus White
Cap Lodge also reserves the right to discontinue membership and/or
void a member's point balance, if that member's account has shown
no activity for a period of 24 months.
25. Families of Federal Jack's, Sea Dog Topsham, Sea Dog Bangor, Sea
Dog South Portland and Shipyard Brew Haus White Cap Lodge and their
immediate families are not eligible to participate.
26. Federal Jack's, Sea Dog Topsham, Sea Dog Bangor, Sea Dog South
Portland and Shipyard Brew Haus White Cap Lodge gift/loyalty/mug club
cards may be used at each of the stated locations.
27. Once money is placed on the card, it can never be redeemed for
cash.
28. Cash can not be transferred between cards.
29. A card can not have a negative value. Any money needed beyond
the amount on the card to pay for a purchase will require another
form of payment to be made at the time of purchase.
30. Any returns or voids for items paid for with a stored value or
gift card will have the amount returned directly to the card. No cash
will be given.
31. If the program is experiencing technical difficulties, gift card
and stored value cards may not be able to be issued or redeemed.
32. Wholesale, events, standing order accounts, house accounts and
commercial accounts are not eligible to receive points for these orders.
This card is intended for walk-in dining and bar customers only.

Disclaimer: The above rules and regulations, as well as any
new rules and regulations pertaining to the Gift/Loyalty/Mug Club
Cards may change without notice. Additionally, at the discretion of
the Administrator of this program, if any cardholder is deemed to
misuse, fraudulently participate and/or misrepresent claims pertaining
to this program, the card and points may be removed from the program
and no rewards issued.
